Ancient dungeon that took a year to be hacked.

This dungeon was mentioned as having a backdoor to Gunlag's lair. The Old Party spent forever hacking this very very large dungeon. Notable events and locations: A room with a giant hourglass with an octopus figurine floating in it. The hourglass didn't have much time left on it, and there were lots of equations on the wall ending with "Octopuses will return". There was a room with many wierd shaped projections on the floor and a magical light source. When a lever (or knob?) was set elsewhere the the light source would change color. Some colors made the shadows cast by the projectons come to life and attack us. There was a race of Lizard Men there, with one giant Lizard Man as thier king(or god?). Gregoria Disintegrated the big lizard, and we fought the rest of them. We killed all the warriors, then the women killed the children and themselves. Some kobolds lived in a warren attached to the dungeon. They were dumb, but their leader had wand of lightning bolts, so we didn't get to kill them all. Cain(yeah, THAT Cain) lived in part of the dungeon. He had made a clay Golem he named Eve. We killed it. We also killed some beings who referred to themselves as Cain's Children. When one was killed the others got stronger. One part of the dungeon had been an elven stronghold long ago. We fought undead elves with thier hands cut off and weapons attached. Harald got his Elven Chain there. We also woke up Hler, who had been trapped in a magic mirror. He told us of his heyday, when Balder and other Norse gods were merely powerful tribal leaders.

We found a note in this dungeon written by Igwolf where she seems confused by how old the dungeon really is. She claims that the dungeon is so old, it should predate everything else on Earth. She says it's probably a mistake, but then again, she's a powerful wizard, she probably doesn't make that many mistakes.
