• Red Haired Shapeshifter, also known to fly around as a head trailing acid-dripping organs. In her human form, internal organs won't be in normal locations. In hand-to-hand combat, will try to pin her opponent's feet to the ground so they can't dodge attacks effectively.

The bane of the Byzantine Envoys's existence:

• First encountered in Kiev upon return from chasing Innocence. They'd been observing the party for some time and had planned carefully to conteract their usual battle tactics. Thankfully, Jean-Claude had joined the party during the chase and was able to help turn the tide.
• Red-haired shapeshifter then challenged Wong to a duel in Kiev. Wong opened up a can of whoop-ass on her and defeated her.
• Showed up again after the Siege of Novgorod, allied with Snowflake. Responsible for getting Sabota and the Black Sword out of Novgorod.
• Attacked party on the way to Kebnegard. Was well on way to slaughtering them when Snowflake stopped them and said it was better to play with their prey.
• Party figured out how they were being tracked and were able to remain hidden until they were ready for encounter. Only Snowflake appeared and was defeated by the party. Because they spared his life, he agreed to end his alliance with the We Hate Those Guys Party.
• They attacked again outside of Baba Yaga's Hut. Byzantine Envoys managed to defeat them and recovered Sabota and the Black Sword.
